I've just moved to a new place where the router is not near the TV so i want to connect wirelessly. My sky+ box is old so doesn't have a WPS button. When I go to network settings I don't get the screen with a 'connect with password' option.

The issue is always the same : cannot connect to network (via wifi and Ethernet). As the tv connects fine through my 4G connection (wifi), I highly suspect the problem comes either from the fact that somehow, the Mac adress of my TV is blocked by the ISP, or
